A few weeks ago we took our kids to Quarry Quest - it is a fun family event/fundraiser held at Michels Materials limestone quarry near our home.
The kids get to tour the quarry, ride on the excavation machinery, and participate in a bunch of hands-on activities.

Good dirty fun! Love the giant hula hoop; I tried one in Hawaii.
What a creative event/fund raiser! Looks like a great time.
