august photos

these are just a few random photos from the month of august.

on summer days with not a lot going on we do get our craft on now and again....

here we are making a marble track for the fridge - idea courtesy of family fun magazine.

my mom is nice enough to send us family fun magazine(which i love) - because she is awesome.

1st step - painting paper towel tubes

the kids all still have their jammies and morning hair going on...what do you do?

once the paint is dry attach some magnet stripping to the back of each tube and arrange on the fridge for some marble racing

i love that they dive into the back yard pool...so funny

ahhh...sometimes they do love each other

i think i told him 20 times not to jump into the pool like that (for safety reasons)

this is doty park - another of my favorites in the area - great bridges, close to the water etc.

you can see in this picture why they prefer dad to spin them - mom never goes that fast
