lessons/farm/date 4 mom and dad

While Grandma Lynn and Grandpa Steve were visiting they wanted to attend as many of the kids lessons as possible. My mom was good to take photos - so i thought i would post them.
Lia - in her Gymnastics class at the Y

Maggie in her swimming class at the Y
smiling at grandma (in the middle)..also cute old people doing water aerobics in the background...love it
While the big kids were in school and Ty was at work one day my parents and I took maggie to "The Little Farmer: for the day. They have apples, pumpkins, a fun farm like playground, and a great store with yummy goodies. We had such a fun relaxing day!
Maggie riding the trikes on the playground.
climbing on the hay towers
feeding the goats. do you see him at the top of the ramp? you send his food up in a peanut butter jar that's attacked to the rubber belt....cool.
and some goat feeding at the ground level
who's having more fun mom or maggie? ..hard to tell mag and g. steve
horse tire swing...quite ingenious
more trike

love the slide through all the corn husks
cute farmhouse

that night grandma and grandpa watched the kids while tyler and i stayed the night in Madison
doing some reading and some puzzles
here are lia and jax after grandma got them ready for school in the morning! :)
i forgot the camera when we went to Madison, so the only pics i have are on my phone and they are not the greatest. we went to the capital building and the modern art museum. we strolled around looking at shops and had some yummy hot cocoa and mexican food as we went. it was not a long trip but we had a great time. taking tyler to art musuems (especially the modern art variety) is so fun. he says exactly what he thinks about everything and totally cracks me up. i love that he likes to go with me....hopefully will visit many more in our years together.
thanks mom and dad! :)

What a great vacation we had with your family. Yes watching those children was such a tough duty. I agree with Andrea - beautiful painting..........about time you had a KTK original in your home again!
