I believe when Tyler was a young scrub he wanted to be like Mike.....when it comes to basketball idols my son has chosen a much better roll model, he wants to be like Aunt Katie. Katie (tyler's younger sister) plays basketball for the University of Utah - and happens to be one of the nicest human beings on the planet. This year she is playing a tournament in Milwaukee over Thanksgiving, we are thrilled to have Tyler's family out for Thanksgiving and then spend the weekend watching basketball and hanging out with Grandma, Grandpa and aunt Kiley (tyler's baby sister - also one of my children's FAVORITE people).

We are geared up and ready to cheer for the lady UTES in a few weeks (i can hear Adam Mangum sighing in the background...that's right Adam you heard me, none of of that nasty blue and white around this household! )
