fun with the Kings

We had such a great time in Utah with both of our families.

In the midst of planning a wedding Tyler's mom and dad somehow found the time to plan some fun family outings while we were in town. Thursday (the day after we got there) we went to Lagoon (amusement park) with the whole King clan. It has become a tradition with Ty's family and my kids look forward to it all year long. On the plane they were planning what rides they were going to ride with which cousins... so cute. Lagoon was great fun Lia Jax and Maggie all liked the rides this year! Hooray! Maggie was cracking me up with how brave she was...she rode everything she could go on and loved it. Tyler...true to form won tons of prizes for the kids...because you know, it's what dads do..I suppose. Huge thanks to Katie, Scott and Kiley for riding rides (Wild Mouse apx. 17 times!) with the kids all day, and Scott again for caring Lia around half the day because she had blisters on her feet! You guys are the BEST!

Friday morning we went to the temple with Katie and in the afternoon Jim and Kathy took us all fishing at the fish hatchery. My kind of fishing....every kid pulled out a fish in a matter of minutes! Big smiles all around. My grandpa used to take us to the same place when I was young and I still remember how much I loved it. After catching our fish we went back to Jim and Kathy's and had dinner... grilled fish for those who wanted to eat them, and Kathy's recreation of Cafe Rio salad for everyone else! So Yummy!

Here are some pictures of our fun with the Kings!

They had such a wonderful time with their cousins! We love you all!
